My parents and Chris' parents watched Bailey for us. I met mom in Redding on Friday night to give her Bailey and say our good-byes and then flew out Saturday morning. It was a LONG day of flying and by the time it was all over, I had been awake almost 30 hours (with short cat naps here and there). I first flew to Portland from Sacramento, then to Denver. From there it was an 11 hour flight to Amsterdam, a 4 hour flight to Athens, and then a short 45 minute flight to the Island of Crete. Here are some pictures and stories of our week long adventure!
